No. The form gives us information to review and starts a conversation. It is not a purchase agreement. Any proposed terms would need your separate review and agreement.
Can I ask about a property that needs repairs?
Yes. Describe its current condition and any repairs you know about in the notes. We can ask about additional details during the review.
How quickly can a sale happen?
Timing depends on the property review, any agreed terms and the steps needed to complete a transaction. Tell us about any important date in your inquiry.
What if I am facing an auction or another deadline?
Include the date and explain what you would like us to review. We cannot promise an offer or a closing before a deadline, or a particular outcome for a foreclosure or other proceeding.
